E-mail Address
You can create only one account per e-mail address. Our system will not accept an e-mail address that already exists in our database. But after you create an account you can always change your e-mail address by logging in to your account.
It’s best if the e-mail address you provide when you create your account with us matches the e-mail address you provide when paying on PayPal. This way, we will be able to link your account with your payment, and your subscription will be automatically and immediately activated.
PayPal Accounts
If you have an account with PayPal you are aware that your e-mail address is your account name. It’s best if this is the e-mail address you provide us when you create your account.
“Return to TudyDoll.com” Link
After you receive payment confirmation from PayPal, it's best if you return to TudyDoll.com by clicking on the "Return to TudyDoll.com" link found on the PayPal confirmation page. This will ensure that our system automatically establishes a complete link between your account and your payment and will enable it to activate your subscription automatically.
Subscription Activation
If for some reason your subscription is not immediately activated, log out of your account and exit TudyDoll.com. After a few minutes, return to TudyDoll.com and log in. If your subscription is still not activated, please contact us at techsupport@tudydoll.com and provide us with your log-in name, email address, as well as the email address you provided PayPal. We will validate payment and activate your subscription as soon as possible after receiving this information.
Password Retrieval
If you forget your password, you will be able to retrieve it by clicking the "Forgot Password?" link. You will be asked to answer your Validation Question and if answered correctly a new password will be sent to the email address you provided when you created your account. This is a completely automated process. If for some reason you are unable to retrieve your password, please contact us at admin@tudydoll.com and provide us with your log-in name, email address, as well as the name and email address you provided PayPal. We will validate your account and re-activate it as soon as possible after receiving this information.
